Some phone have 2 SIM therefore 2 IMEI
Did you know that you can transfer your number using the account number instead the IMEI?

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/activation-how-do-i-transfer-my-current-phone-number-to-fizz
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.5 -
I believe you can transfer number by another way instead. That might work instead of the EMEI.4

Hi Azadeh.
I think you could send the S/N and the P/N and fizz can find the right IMEI number.
Or you can contact the original brand manufacturer to get the IMEI with the S/N & P/N.
