IMEI is correct but fizz sent me email that is not correct, What to do?

  • I believe you can transfer number by another way instead. That might work instead of the EMEI.

    Hi Azadeh.
    I think you could send the S/N and the P/N and fizz can find the right IMEI number.
    Or you can contact the original brand manufacturer to get the IMEI with the S/N & P/N.
