Why is my account saying it's deactivated?

I recently moved, requested my address change, was approved, installed my old modem, I declined the tech installation because everything was working fine
Had a few email back and forwards with tech support regarding that decision, everything was okay
And just recently I've received a few emails stating my account has been deactivated and everytime I try to reactivate it, I'm met with a response saying due to reasons out of our control...?
I still have working internet though
