Disconnected twice a day and today after 4PM we are unable to connect the modem?

My modem only have 2 lights o n since 4PM. I am unable to have internet . I have been having problems since day 1. I really need help or I am going to change for another internet supplier.

Do you have the lights with the arrow symbols on?
Did you try to turn off the modem for 5 minutes?6 -

Apologies for the encountered issue.
I have verified your modem on my end as well and it appears to be fully offline, but no issues regarding the grid appear to be registered. Please unplug the modem from the power outlet and verify if the coaxial cable is tightly screwed in on both ends and plug the modem in a different power outlet.
