Important calls aren't being received. LIKE EMPLOYER, URGENT HOSPITAL CALLS. I'm only aware of this now because a restaurant couldn't reach me. Now, it explains why several people and organizations couldn't reach me!! This is dangerous and completely unacceptable!!! I'm waiting for an important medical call; My well being is at risk due to your technical mishaps! I'm livid.

Try reboot the phone to start and contact the support I read about to other user reporting the same problem
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/i-cant-receive-any-calls-on-my-phone
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.5 -

Have you tried to turn off some minutes your phone and turn it on after.
Does it work?
Maybe, it wille be better to contact the Fizz customer service by chat from 8h00 to 21h00.
First, connect you to your Fizz account.
Then, click on:
Click on the green chat bubble when you see it down to the right of the page.

Try restarying your phone. Otherwise contact support for them to assist you.2

Seems like you have a problem with your signal. I had a similar issue in the past.1
