Credit debit card Koho

I want to pay with a credit debit card Koho and they declined my card to pay....first why ? second....it is a rule for all the credit debit card ?

    Are you entering the same address in Fizz that you have used for your Koho account?

    i writed the same adress than my credit card and decline all the time

    Hi Yannick,

    Make sure your name and address entered match what you have for your Koho card. Sometimes a small change in the spelling can make a big difference.

    FYI be careful how many times you try to enter your card. If you get the limit exceeded message, you will need to contact Fizz support to reset your account before you can continue trying again.
