Activation Pending but internet is working?

I got yesterday my modem installed and the Wi-Fi is working fine. However, when I check My Account under the Fizz website, it says Activation Pending. I also have a notification telling me I missed my appointment.From what I saw on the forum, it might have something to do with starting the process of adding another home internet plan which I don't want (see 2nd screenshot, 1st notification)

Apologies for the encountered issue.
It seems that the activation order for your plan got stuck in pending and I have created a ticket towards our technical team to complete it's activation order. Once our technically team will complete it, we will inform you by e-mail.
