Moving, fizz home is not available at new address

The appointment of moving is 5 Jul. And the technician is arrived and find that FIZZ home is not available for the new address, because it is a new building. The technician told me that FIZZ home will be available in maximum 1week. But the status of moving appointment is cancelled automatically and my internet plan is deactivated.
1. Will the technice will go back?
2. Should I submit a request to reactivate my plan? But the address is not available on 10 Jul.

    Try to speak with a customer representative

    You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-moving-how-do-i-change-my-address-my-home-internet-service
    3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
