How can I cancell the service?

Hi! My wife and I had an appointment to install your internet services this Sunday, but as we need internet to work, we found another company that had install the service sooner, so we need to cancel with you. We already cancel the installation and now we want the refund of our payment. How we must proceed?

Start cancelling the appointment for the installation
1- Log into your account and go to Manage plan.
2- Click on Appointments.
3- Here you will be able to see a complete list of all your past and future appointments.
4- Scroll to the appointment you wish to modify.
5- click on Cancel.
6- On the next screen, confirm that you wish to cancel this appointment by clicking Cancel again.

After contact the support in order to be refund
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-appointment-technician-visit-my-service-address
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.7 -

We appreciate your intent in trying out our Home internet services.
As I've checked your account, the order was canceled as you mentioned, and this way the refund process was triggered. Therefore, all that is left is wait for the system to register the cancellation so that the refund to be done.
Once the refund is done, please allow a few working days to enter your credit card.

When you did the cancellation process the refund will be done to your bank account you just have to wait.6
