I'm currently only using fizz internet, the perks that I had were of no use to me as they were 500MB. Unfortunately I couldn't share them. I didn't click on the second one I got and now you can see the orange ball on the perks on the left showing me I have a new perk but I can't click on the expired one to remove the orange ball.
Any ideas on how to get it to not show up as "unseen"

This happened to my friend. Try refreshing the page, and if that doesn't work then try logging out and back in. If this still does not work then try a different browser and maybe clearing up your cache, hope this helps out!7

Since you don't have cell service, this is normal. The same goes for me for the internet pearks before I subscribe. This is to show you what you will get if you subscribe to the service.6

Hi Pascal, Now that's strange.. try refreshing the page otherwise you can contact the customer Service either on Facebook messenger (https://facebook.com/fizzca.) or Fizz Website by oppening this link (https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/comment-gerer-le-rendez-vous-avec-...) and simply scroll down until you see the Green Bubble, Click on it to start your Chat session with the customer service. You have 0 perk as it's shown in the picture.
If you had one then it would show 1 in perk.6 -

Tried refreshing page, login out, clearing cache and different browser and that didn't work. I'm waiting for a customer support rep to help me resolve the issue.5
