Why nobody don't capable solve my problem in this company ?

It is 5 days that I want to buy home Internet but at the time of paying, I received the message say that the payment is denied. Today, I communicated with the one specialists in customer service. She get all the data of me and finally she said that I don't know. Soooo, if she didn't know, in this company, nobody isn't here to solve the problem of customer. If not, I starting to change the idea of my friends to switch to Virgin or videotron because their servise are very good and they respond and respect to their customers.
