No Internt service?
3 days - NO INTERNET! When I can get on someone else's internet - NO SERVICE from Fizz! "We're sorry"..."Be patient"..."There is some works in your area" (Nice English, by the way). ALL CRAP! How can an Internet company have no Internet for 3 days??? Want to talk to a superior? YOU CAN'T! Want to have someone call you (because your Internet phone has no Internet)? THEY WON'T. Know any other "service" who treats their customers like that?
