30 minutes heads up before installation ?

A technician is supposed to come to my house today between 12:00 P.M and 5:00 P.M . Will I be getting a heads up saying that the technician is on his way to my house ? Just wondering if I have to stay put for the next five hours.

    Sadly you will not receive a heads up. Technician "should" arrive within the time frame provide. Please note that sometimes they may get stuck at other clients house and may arrive late. I know yesterday was a very busy day for them. If you don't receive a technician fizz offers multiple ways to contact customer service.
