Data and calling not working?
For the past month or so I realized my phone's data never works. I never realized cause I would aways stay home but when I try it it says "Fizz EXT" and shows one bar. So I figured I live in a place with low Fizz coverage but then as I started to leave the house more I realized it just doesn't work. I tried in the places that it worked before and drove around Ottawa for work and it doesn't connect. And then I realized I can't even call or receive calls. I need help on this I feel like I have been wasting my money.

Have you restarted your phone after insering the SIM card ? You could also try to configure the APN on your phone, here the procedure: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn2
