Fizz router suddenly died, doesn't turn on anymore?

Router died on me at 10 am today, and it doesn't turn on anymore, troubleshooting already done but nothing works. Using Internet for work, I'm currently unable to work, someone has an idea of what to do?

    You must contact the support ASAP

    here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
    - Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    - Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/my-wi-fi-network-cutting-how-do-i-fix-it
    - The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

    Hi Yanis, aint much to do. You'd have to contact the support. They're open from 8 am to 9pm via chat when you log in. Hopefully they can get someone to bring you a replacement quickly for you to be able to work.
