Fizz router suddenly died, doesn't turn on anymore?

You must contact the support ASAP
here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/my-wi-fi-network-cutting-how-do-i-fix-it
- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Hi Yanis, aint much to do. You'd have to contact the support. They're open from 8 am to 9pm via chat when you log in. Hopefully they can get someone to bring you a replacement quickly for you to be able to work.1
