Hello, I am trying to schedule the delivery of a modem for the month of August and before confirming I get the date in the month of April. someone else had the same issuu?

This it seems to be a common display problem.
Contact the support to be sure about your schedule
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-subscribe-to-fizz-home-internet
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.1 -
Hi Juliana, obviously it's a glitch does not make sense. Contact support via chat from 8am to 9pm. Hope this helps.2

Please, contact the Fizz customer service by chat (from 8h00 to 21h00, each day).
