Moving my service?

I am moving to a duplex. When I want to move my service to my new address (41) it says that my door number is not available but when I type in the other door number (39) it shows that I can subscribe, both are in the same building and my appartement has been empty for over a month now. How can I subscribe with my personal address (41)?

Try to contact the support to see with them
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-moving-how-do-i-change-my-address-my-home-internet-service
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.6 -

Wait a few seconds until you see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page and click on it.4 -
Support should be able to fix this must be the way the adress is located in the system.5
