When will anybody help internet up?
It had been 2days and fizz deleted my post about my internet issue. The connection is still off and they deleted my posts without explanation. The @ had blinking all day long but they ask me to check loosen screw

Did you try to reset by turning off the modem for 5 minutes?

Try to reboot your modem
Try rebooting the modem, otherwise the support is your best option.
Rebooting the modem could help. If it still doesn't work reach out to support
never mind, after all these days technical trouble in Longueuil, I've quit FIZZ internet,
plz just stop saying 'reboot your modem' or 'tighten screw' or 'reset factory', we user can do nothing with cable connections if its not stable then its totally technical issue
If the problem is resolved, could you please close the question.
