There is some brick works are being done on my building and my internet line is cut, what should I do?

    It can be a false contact, therefore, when they touch or move a cable you will lose the signal.

    Contact the support, since if you have the problem with the cable, they should send someone to fix it.

    You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

    3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
