Did you try to reset the network settings? Settings → General → Reset → Reset network settings
IMPORTANT: This operation will also reset your WiFi settings, mobile data, Bluetooth, etc.
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

I see that you've reached us in private and a colleague of mine has advised you to reset the network settings on your device. If you've tested your SIM card in another phone and it worked, then it's definitely an issue with your iPhone 6. In case you'll still won't manage to get to the bottom of it, try to contact apple support and ask them to help you further.
