Order change the postal code to receive my SIM card ?

Please change the postal code on my order for a SIM card... it is very difficult to speed to you... I have been trying for 2 days since my order. Please confirm that you have changed it ....

You must contact the support
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-order-sim-card
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.3 -

I am sorry for the inconvenience, but once an order is processed there is no way for us to modify it or cancel. The system is desgined this way. Here you can find more info: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-order-sim-card .
