No coaxial cable but self installation is mandatory?

I do not have a coaxial outlet and would like to join Fizz. With the self installation being mandatory cause of covid-19, will the technician still install it?
I would contact them on facebook to be sure, your can probably organise a cable installation with them :

No worries. Technicians have face masks and will keep physical distancing measures in place during the installation.

Optionally you can pay for VIP installation, but it is not mandatory. If you can unwrap the modem box and attach the coaxial cable yourself, you can go for the free installation.
