Is the internet down today? I have no service at area code h4x

It can be a problem in your sector, did you check the led status?
If one of the arrow is blinking this means that you have problem with the signal
If the two arrow are on, try to turn off the modem for 5 minutes

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/none-my-devices-can-access-internet-wi-fi-or-using-cable-how-do-i-fix-it
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

It's maybe caused with the present thunderstorms or there's a breakdown in your area.

Apologies for the encountered issue.
Regarding the home internet issue, I have verified your modem in my tools and the signals received appear to be within our standards. Please try unplugging the modem from the power outlet for 10 seconds and then connect it in a different one, not through extenders or power sticks. Also, do try out Mike's suggestion and use the FAQ he provided to reach us by chat.
