Regarding the home internet issue, I have verified your modem in my tools and the signals received appear to be within our standards. Please try unplugging the modem from the power outlet for 10 seconds and then connect it in a different one, not through extenders or power sticks. Also, do try out Mike's suggestion and use the FAQ he provided to reach us by chat.
