Try to reboot the phone
Check also the APN setting if you have Vidéotron this will not work, sometime people having a Vidéotron phone have this configuration which works in Quebec but it will not work on Fizz-Ext4 -

Try restarting phone.
Can also toggle airplane mode on, wait 1 min, then off.
Go on your phone settings, you can also try manually connecting to other FIZZ-EXT network.3 -
Write to fizz support on fb3
