Error 3um1 external calls deactivated
I’m in the north of quebec on fizz ext. and for few hours nows i cant make any external calls.
I was able to chat with a representative after an hour in line. She ask me to reboot and turn airplane mode for 2 min but still have the problem.
When i make a call i only have a recorded message saying error 3um1 external calls deactivated please call *611 which doesnt answer of course and ask you to go to the website forum to find no answer except call fizz.

Apologies for the unpleasant experience.
Regarding the outgoing calls issues, please make sure that you have the roaming service activated and as well in My plans- Manage plan -Advanced parameters the option "block international calls" toggled off. After verifying these, please go into your device's settings and disable automatic network search and let the device look for the available networks in the area and select a different Fizz EXT option which provides better signals.
