Double billed, no friend federally applied?
A few things I need some help with, please! In the middle of my cycle, I upgraded my home internet plan and was charged on the same day, June 17 for the upgrade. On June 20, I was charged my previous plan cost on my anniversary day of the month, will the double charge be removed? Additionally, it is my second month and I received an e-mail saying I would get $35 off this month, but have not seen that credit applied on either charge. Yikes, help please!

For the refund you need to contact the support
When you pay the second bill you unlock the 35$ and the will be applied on your third payment
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
