I'm trying to order internet service from Fizz, but when I choose the installation date for Saturday July 11, it then shows me April 07. I tried to choose other dates but it still shows me Friday April 07 on the payment information page. How do I fix this?

It should be a display bug, multiple users reported the same problem

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-appointment-technician-visit-my-service-address
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.5 -

I think there's a bug in the system. April is way passed now...
I suggest you contact Fizz directly to get it resolved.
