Paid for my service, yet I'm still disconnected?

Had a recent notice saying if I missed my payment it would be suspended. If not paid by 10pm. I updated my payment method made sure the funds were in the account before 10. Payment never went through. This morning woke up and needed to manually make the payment. Now the payment has been dealt with and received by Fizz. But yet my internet is still disconnected. How long for it to be up and running. I work from home and need this asap.

    Fizz can takes up 2 hours to verify the payment
    Try to reboot the modem

    As Mike said and after checking your account, the system has taken your payment and resumed your services. Try rebooting your modem and test the connection.
