Why hasnt my line been activated yet!!!!!?

I got a new plan on my Fizz sim card, and it's been stuck on "pending activation for 3 DAYS!!. I am reconsidering if I should stay with Fizz for my home wifi as well since they are horrible at doing anything. I tried reaching out on facebook since their chat bubble seems to never even appear. I don't know what to do anymore...

If your transfer your number can be a problem with the transfer

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT WITHOU YOU CANNOT HAVE THE BUBLE
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/activate
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Normally they will answer both on Facebook chat and the green bubble, except in the last case of the number of request is higher than their capacity to answer.

For your mobile, They will get back to you promptly and fix it with technicians if needed, I’m sure.
