Home Internet change the next day?

It is advertised that the Internet speed is applied the next day, but I upgraded my service from 60Mbps to 120Mbps two days ago and I still don't see the change. Is the next day change really happening in some cases? How long could it take really?

    Hi The, The change is supposed to be applied instantly. I suggest you try to contact the customer Service either on Facebook messenger (https://facebook.com/fizzca.) or Fizz Website by oppening this link https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/comment-modifier-mes-renseignements-personnels and simply scroll down until you see the Green Bubble, Click on it to start your Chat session with the customer service. Good Luck, they will be able to help you ! ! :)

    The change of your internet plan will be only effective at the renewal of your billing cycle.
