I pay for 120mbps and only get 30 mbps

I am not able to play online because of the low speed. I only get 30 mbps when I do internet speed tests

    This seems to be a problem with your wifi
    Can you test the speed with a computer connected with an ethernet cable or fizz app?

    I've checked on my tools and the download / upload speeds match the ones associated with your plan. Currently, all the signals are within specs. I see that you have connected your devices only on the Wi-Fi network. You may encounter some issues due to automatic band steering, as it may cause intermittent connections or slow speeds for your wi-fi devices. You may need to disable this function from the Fizz Wi-Fi app, or from your router's interface and test both frequency bands alternatively by leaving only one device connected. You can also try to manually select a different Wi-Fi channel on your modem.     Then perform some more speed tests and use our WiFi app that you can download form the store on your phone, for more accurate results.
    I would recommend you to connect your device with an ethernet cable to the modem (if you have the possibility), because the connection will be more stable and you'll reach greater speed.
