Then you must contact the support
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-appointment-technician-visit-my-service-address
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.4 -

It’s just a visualization problem, yesterday a friend had the same trouble and she’s just finish his appointment and the date was the correct one.4 -
You're right, just finished the subscription. It shows correct date. But this is weird. They should fix this.4
