How do we get someone to call us and fix the issue tired of looking around again n again on solution hub page....... Connection is not being transmitted till my room
Please, contact the Fizz customer by chat from 8h00 to 21h00, each day.
First, desactivate the ad blocker on your browser.
Second, connect you to your Fizz account.
Then, types this adress:
Wait a few seconds to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
Your chat session begins with Fizz.

You can also open a support ticket inside your account Profile menu, there is a link for contact form and there you can submit a complaint for your problem. Support will get back to you.

In your case, i suggest to reach a Fizz support rep by clicking the green chat bubble available in your account dashboard or by facebook under the name "Fizz".
