Sim Card Order?

I am trying to order a SIM card. I keep getting an error saying I have reached the maximum for my household. My wife and two sons have Fizz accounts.

Did you create a new account?
I believe Fizz may be limiting the number of SIM cards to like 4 per household. In this case, you will need to chat with Fizz support: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us

Do not forget to use your family member's referral code in order to receive $35 until June 15 (after June 15, it's back to $25).8 -

Contact support via chat. They will resolve your maximum limit. I had same issue and was resolved during a chat session with Fizz support.4

Hello Peter,
I see that you've already contacted us via live chat. One of my colleagues has already informed you that you've reached the maximum limit of cards that can be ordered at the same address. He advised you to make the order at a different address, or to purchase a SIM card from one of the available Couche-Tard shops in your area.
