No service after the pan has been activated?

Yesterday my plan had finally been activated, and once I reinserted and restarted my phone then it shows no service on it and idk what is happening?

What is the message that you have?
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-unlock-my-mobile-phone
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.3 -

normally after 24hrs it show be activated and you should get a confirmation from text message. If not I suggest to chat with support or open a support ticket.4
