I need my internet fix right away and your website is not user friendly an dno customer service emergency available I work from home this is unacceptable

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/none-my-devices-can-access-internet-wi-fi-or-using-cable-how-do-i-fix-it
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.8 -
Did you try to reboot your modem? If still not working try to communicate with Fizz support over chat.Do not forget we are a community of costumers like you here.6

I hope this is a temporary outage for you. Unfortunately Fizz doesn't have a hotline for emergency service. It's an online service only. With the COVID situation where most of the population work from home and whenever the internet is out we have no more life. I feel your frustration. Let's hope Fizz/Videotron can keep the network reliable and have a faster response during this hard time.1
