You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/whats-my-rewards-program
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

If you have an adblocker, make sure you disable it on Fizz website. You can also try contacting them via Facebook messenger - they are pretty responsive.
  • To chat with fizz support, you need to click the green bubble chat that will appear on the bottom right of the page and a chat should pop up with your correspondent.

    Naheed,
Have you been able to chat with Fizz team?
Fizz chat is available from 8h00 to 21h00 each day.
    To chat without problem:
First, connect you to your Fizz account.
    Then, types this adress:
    https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
Wait a few seconds until you see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
Your chat session with Fizz begins.
  • Hi, I had the same issue in the past. Chrome was blocking me the chat, you just need to go in your internet settings to make the adjustment.
    Thanks
