Make sure the coaxial cable is tightly screwed in and try unplugging your modem for 5 minutes.
If problem persists, you should chat with Fizz customer service:

The chat service is available every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST. The chat bubble won’t appear outside of these business hours.

@ light ON = Fizz modem is connected to Fizz Network it's offline.
Ask for support online by chat , this service is available from 8h00 to 21h00, each day.
Fiirst, connect you to your Fizz account.
Then, type:

Wait a few seconds until you see the green bubble chat down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.

Hi Scott! I think your fizz modem is broken, or an outage in your area!
In your case i suggest you to contact directly a fizz support rep by clicking the green chat bubble in your account dashboard or by facebook under the name fizz!
