My adress is not listed, previous tennant still subscribed?

I'm not a member yet. I'm moving house and I want to set up internet at my new address. The tenant there, is a fizz member and is still subscribed. How can I organize a new internet connection when that address is still subscribed?

    In your case i suggest you to contact directly a fizz support rep by clicking the green chat bubble in your account dashboard or by facebook under the name fizz!

    I suggest you to talk to the Fizz customer service about your desire to get another Fizz internet plan.
    Please, chat with a Fizz agent.
    Chat is available from 8h00 to 21h00, each day.
    To chat without problem:
    First, connect you to your Fizz account.
    Then, types this adress: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
    Wait a few seconds until you see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
    When you see it, click on it.
    Your chat session with Fizz begins.

    Hello Olivier,
    I see that you've already reached us in private via live chat and a colleague of mine has confirmed you that the current tenant has to cancel his Home Internet plan first. Then, you'll be able to subscribe. This is because there cannot be two active internet plans at the same address.
