Hi, I had until June 7th to send you my modem.
However in raison of the pandemic situation the postal office were close around me. I just sent my modem today, June 6th, so you will receive it in few days.
Do you will charge me anyway ? I appreciate not because it’s independent of my volunteer

    Please, contact of this matter to the Fizz support customer service by chat from 8h00 to
    21h00.
    First, connect you to your Fizz account.
    Then, types this adress: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
    Wait a few seconds until you see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
    When you see it, click on it.
    Your chat session with Fizz begins.
