Horrible Upload Stability (started a few days ago) ???

Have been dropping an average of 40% frames (upload speed keeps dropping), everything was fine until a few days ago, the chat bubble is not there for 'reasons' so I'm unable to get my issue resolved.
This is a wired connection and the stability tests were done on different servers, the issue does seem to be something in your control and not mine.
I attached a screenshot that shows the dropped frames (you can see them on the left, the bandwith test has been running for about 20mins to ensure accuracy.
I really need this fixed as soon as possible, I would like someone to contact me ASAP, I need this working by 9PM tonight, thanks.

I did unplug my rooter for a while and reset my entire network config on my PC.4

here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/my-device-cannot-connect-wi-fi-how-do-i-fix
- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Wait a few seconds until you see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
