I've been waiting several hours for the activation email to be sent. Any help appreciated.

    It could take some hours for activation. However check your spam, maybe the email confirmation is there.

    If it isnt.
    Dont hesitate to contact the Fizz customer service by chat from 8h00 to 21h00.
    First, connect you to your Fizz account.

    Wait a few seconds until you see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
    When you see it, click on it.
    Your chat session with Fizz begins.
