When I reach my voicemail, no sound comes up, and it closes after about half a minute?

It looks like Fizz is experiencing some issue with the voicemail now. Some other users are having the same issue and it resolved itself after receiving new voicemail.
Try call yourself and leave a message to see if it fix the problem.

Apologies for the encountered issue.
Please try setting up a new PIN for your voicemail by going to My plans - Manage plan- Advanced parameters. When doing the change/reset please make sure you are not writing the last 4 digits of your mobile number, 4 consecutive numbers like 1234 or the same number like 0000. Once done so, please do reboot your phone and try to manually dial the voicemail number and see if the issue persists. For a few more details, please also consult:
