Fizz voicemail unavailable?

Fizz texts me automatically to tell me that I have a voice message on my voicemail. However, when I long press the 1 button or manually dial 1-514-647-0999, it doesn't give any audio cue that I have reached my Fizz voicemail, nor does it do/say anything else. After a certain delay, either my phone or the voicemail automatically hangs up (no way to tell why, since no instructions are given). How do I fix this? I am on an Alcatel Go Flip.

Ok, so the issue resolved itself when I got a new voicemail, why somehow gave our lovely voicemail attendant his voice back. It works now, thanks!3
