loss of internet, almost daily now?

Since a couple of days, I am losing internet connection almost daily. Just happened now around 4:10pm Montreal time, and yesterday a little bit earlier, and 3 days ago as well. Yesterday I saw the modem resetting by itself. Today I had to do it myself. I am with Fizz since almost a year now and this is the first time I encounter such instability. Are there any intervention causing this? Today my router was saying that my ISP was having pb with DHCP server, meaning I could not get an IP@ assigned to me?
I am working from home since March, like 90% of the people I am sure, this is only happening now ... Am I the only one?

I have verified modem's signals and everything appears to be within our functioning standards. Please try a factory reset of the modem by holding the button on the back pressed for 30 seconds if the issue will re-appear and if the connection will not re-establish, please reach us directly by chat to troubleshoot with you.
