Try to contact the support to see if they can block it
here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-order-sim-card
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Contact the Fizz customer service by chat from 8h00 to 21h00 each day if you can cancel this order.
First, connect you to your Fizz account.
Then, types this adress:

Wait a few seconds until you see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
Your chat session with Fizz begins.3 -

Hello Samantha,
I see that you've already contacted us via live chat. One of my colleagues has already told you that the SIM card orders once placed, cannot be cancelled. But you can still use this SIM card to activate a plan at a later time (as the activation code won't expire), to gift it to a relative or to a friend.
