Change of residence - online form not working?

I'm trying to change the address for my Fizz internet service according to these steps: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-moving-how-do-i-change-my-address-my-home-internet-service
When i get to the choose the "Deactivation date" (and i chose "same as my installation date") and click "save", a message appears at the top saying "There has been an error. Please try again later". This has been going on for several days.
What should I do? Thanks!

you must contact the support
here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-moving-how-do-i-change-my-address-my-home-internet-service
- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

In the meantime, I suggest you try from another browser or after you have deleted your cookies and cache memory from your current one.

Fizz web programmers have problem with web codding language!
You should contact fizz by clicking the green bubble in your account dashboard or by facebook under the name fizz!
