Can we use our Netgear Orbi router modem with Fizz

Absolutely you can. You can disable the router function of the Fizz modem and use it as a pass thru modem only. Just plug the output cable from the modem to the input of your current Orbi router and you are all set. The modem will come with all the instructions you need to setup with different configuration.6

Great, thank you for the reply! To check it has to still go through the Fizz modem in pass thru? It's probably marketing material but the product page says "replaces both your cable modem and router" or does Fizz's network need the Fizz modem for connection too? Thanks again5

Hello Craig,
As J said you can use your own router by connecting it directly to the Fizz modem. However, the modem needs to be connected to the coaxial cable to that you can use Fizz Services, because it has the modem's MAC address registered into our system.
I also suggest you check the FAQ https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-can-i-use-my-own-wi-fi-router-fizz on how to set your own router, not the modem.
If you are having problems with setting up the modem, don't hesitate to contact our support department, which is over the link https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
Cheers!
