Manual payment
I would like to change my plan but it wont let me and I set up my account with a pre paid visa because I had one lying around and I forgot to add my cc and now I would like do to a manual payment because my services were deactivated but I can't figure out how to make a manual payment???? Please help!

For a billing situation you should contact fizz! You can contact fizz by facebook or by clicking the green chat bubble available in your account dashboard!

Here are the steps to update a payment method, and associate it to your plans:
1- In your Fizz account, go to My Profile
2- Click on Payment methods.
3- Click on Add a new payment method to add your new payment method.
4- Then, select the payment method you no longer want to us, and click on Delete.
5- Now make your way to My plans.
6-For each of your plans, click on Manage plan/Payment method, and associate your new payment method.
After having associated the new payment method to your plans, you should be able to have a button to make your payment6 -

Unfortunately, you cant do a manual payment.
The montly payment of your plan is made automatically with a valid credit card into your account.
