why the charge is found in my credit card?

1-Just to make clear the fact that I need to jump over several pages to be able to ask you a question is something I do not like, apart of you not having a phone number.
2-Please explain why I found the following line in my credit card charges 05/26/2020 05/28/2020 FIZZ MONTREAL QC 4826 $5.75

Can you check under your transaction history?

To see a list of all your Fizz transactions:

1- Go to My Plans in your Fizz account.
2- If you have more than one plan, choose the plan you wish to see transactions for.
3- Scroll to the bottom of the usage summary and click on Transaction history.

To answer question about billing contact Fizz directly cause we can't see your billing transaction on fizz!

I don't recall adding anything to my account. The only different that happened was recommending your services to somebody. Please revert the charges, my account didn't need anything additional before, nor now or in the future. If there was any reward use it on the next month payment and keep my credits in 0.
One more thing, any way to speak to somebody even when I don't know any of your phone numbers and you know mine?

It seems like the referral bonus was used to pay for this month, so what appeared as additional charge was the remaining charge, I will take this as answer if no additional charge is added during this month.

Checking your account I can see that you have received the referral bonus and the remaining amount was deducted from your credit card.
As Mike said the taxes were added and therefore the $5,75 charge.
